2. Blogosphere- The entire world of internet blogging.
3. Content- Consists of the text, images, videos and anything else you add to your website.
4. cPanel- a popular web-based administration tool that most all hosting providers provide to allow users to configure their own accounts.
5. Dashboard: This is where all the action starts- It is your first stop to doing anything you ned to do on your website.
6. Developer- A developer is a computer programmer who is active in modifying, creating, and updating computer software.
7. Domain Name- This is your internet address. www. yourinternetadress.com
8. Draft: This is a post or page that has been saved but not yet published. Once you save a page or post you can choose to publish it, or leave it for later.
9. Front End- This is what your users see when they visit your site.
10. Hacking- When someone writes code on your site for the purpose of “hacking it.”
11. Hosting Provider- A company that sells internet air space. You need this in order to have your website visible on the internet.
12. IP Address: This is a specific number assigned to your computer by your internet service provider.
13. Moblogging- Posting to your blog from your wireless smartphone.
14. Open Source- Open source is programming code that can be read, viewed, modified, and distributed, by anyone. WordPress is distributed under an open source.
15. Permalink- A permalink is a URL in which a resource, image, or article will be permanently stored.
16. Tag- A tag is a keyword that describes what the post or page is about. Tags are usually linked to a page which shows all posts having the same tag.
