Restoring your WordPress site from Back Up

OH NO!! Your San Diego website is gone! That’s okay, as long as you followed our advice earlier about periodically backing up your site, you can have it back in a flash! No need to do another new Web Design is you back your current one up!

1. Log into your C-panel
2. Find the phpMYadmin icon, and click it.
3. You are then directed to your php admin page
4. Click databases, and select the database that you will be importing your data into.
5. You will then see either a list of tables already inside that database or a screen that says no tables exist.
6. Across the top of the screen will be a row of tabs. Click the Import tab.
7. On the next screen will be a Location of Text File box, and next to that a button named Browse.
8. Click Browse. Locate the backup file stored on your computer.
9. Make sure the SQL radio button is checked.
10. Click the Go button.
